Needing to have a little rant about bullying. It is such a shameless, despicable pursuit that adds no value to our culture. How can we teach our young people to work with the Energy of bullying? The pain of emotional assault, bullying and persecution deeply impacts upon the being of Light Workers and Healers. When you find yourself in these pitiful situations where you feel unheard and unseen or even verbally bullied, know that you are feeling the impact BECAUSE you are a Light Being and the frequency of this dark space is like a foreign land to you. From a Light Workers perspective, it can feel unbelievable that one should attack another with brutality and hatefulness. Yet, how often do you find yourself in these situations where you feel pulled to stand up for authenticity, honesty and integrity? You ARE a catalyst for change - You are Light - BE IT! How despairing it is to hear others telling you to keep quiet and not make waves, play nice and pretend that everything is okay! It is NOT OKAY. Speak up, stand up and be the catalyst when necessary to activate a spark of sanity in the dark world of oppression, hate and fear. Then, come back and heal your wound and honour your body for being willing to stand up in difficult situations and hold the Light of Truth. There is another way to be in the space. You hold the key. And, if all else fails simply use this statement before you walk away from the verbal bullying: "I see how important it is to you that you believe you are right. I honour that. Cheers!" (and swiftly walk away). Here is a meditation to help to teach you how to reset and regain your balance so that you can continue to glow your Light into all the dark spaces and places.

As I began to love myself I found that anguish and emotional suffering are only warning signs that I was living against my own truth. Today, I know, this is “AUTHENTICITY”. As I began to love myself I understood how much it can offend somebody if I try to force my desires on this person, even though I knew the time was not right and the person was not ready for it, and even though this person was me. Today I call it “RESPECT”. As I began to love myself I stopped craving for a different life, and I could see that everything that surrounded me was inviting me to grow. Today I call it “MATURITY”. As I began to love myself I understood that at any circumstance, I am in the right place at the right time, and everything happens at the exactly right moment. So I could be calm. Today I call it “SELF-CONFIDENCE”. As I began to love myself I quit stealing my own time, and I stopped designing huge projects for the future. Today, I only do what brings me joy and happiness, things I love to do and that make my heart cheer, and I do them in my own way and in my own rhythm. Today I live each day, day by day, and I call it “FULFILLMENT”. As I began to love myself I recognized that my mind can disturb me and it can make me sick. But as I connected it to my heart, my mind became a valuable ally. Today I call this connection “WISDOM OF THE HEART”. We no longer need to fear arguments, confrontations or any kind of problems with ourselves or others. Even stars collide, and out of their crashing new worlds are born. Today I know “THAT IS LIFE”! Shifting out of our Default Patterns of SurvivalThousands of years ago we relied upon our ability to react in a certain way when we felt threatened. Now, that system of survival is becoming our downfall. Our Default Protective System of SurvivalIn order that we survive we had to learn ways of coping in our environment. This mechanism, once switched on, has been running our human program for thousands of years.
We have become locked into the mentality and consciousness of survival - at any cost. Our default settings are based on suspicion, greed, mistrust, defeating, competing, relying, distracting, defending (.... and so the list goes on ...) behaviors. In order for humanity to step into the ability to THRIVE, we need to reassess and reprogram these default settings that have, for too long, been running our human system. As we journey through this Life we accumulate more than we need in all the ways we connect and sometimes collide with one another. Finding a way to release is essential so that we hold our Being with more regard and respect. May this be a possibility for you. We are reminded that in everything there is an opportunity, even when it seems that the one knocking on our door is a less than adored guest. Imagine if, from today, we begin to view the challenges that we encounter as nudges that are here to help us to Awaken and become more conscious. That will require us to drop judgment and criticism, leap out of the mindset of persecution and retaliation and step into acceptance and willingness. In all the ways we "beat ourselves up" we are signalling to this beautiful being that it is okay to be dismissed, rejected, mistrusted ..... (and so the list goes on).
It is lack of compassion for our own being that is begging for us to rethink and rewire our way of being with our Self.
Imagine if we could take a little break in each day and gentle give our Self a bit of gentle kindness.
What would this look like?
Step 1:
Register or acknowledge that you are aching or in pain.
Step 2:
Step out of the busyness for a moment by placing your hands upon your heart and connecting with your Heart. Feel the warmth and let your mind and body agree that this is LOVE
Step 3:
Quieten the mind by focusing on the gently breathing and becoming aware of the difference felt with the IN breath and then the OUT breath.
Step 4:
Let your voice murmur these words so that your hands can feel the reverberation -
"Right now I am feeling ......." (Becoming Mindful)
"Suffering and pain is what we all know at some time". (I am not alone in this suffering)
"I value me and I send my Heart LOVE" (Opening our energy to receiving Love and Kindness)
